CEO’s Message

Ensuring performance to meet client acceptance is one of our most important responsibilities. While establishing functionality we also strive to protect the interests of our clients. It is in this task that we aim to remain ever vigilant.

We take steps to keep staff up to date on ways to implement quality production. Each month our Human Resources department studies performance and generates a newsletter, which is sent to all employees, with recommendations for improving the protection of client information. This newsletter also contains updates on privacy laws and policy changes that affect the way we serve clients. And our efforts have been effective.

To us, it is of the utmost importance that our clients’ sensitive information is treated with the respect it deserves, and remains confidential. Our work is all about making it possible for people to lead, healthy and safe lives. We realize the profound negative impact that a breech in confidentiality could have on the lives of our clients and their patients, and support every person’s right to privacy.



We are also very aware of the many ways that our actions can protect confidentiality.

News Updates

As part of the development program we have received ISO 9001:2000 and later on achieved CMMi Level 3 Certification in stabilizing customer service. We have signed an agreement with Acme (India) Pvt. Ltd., for obtaining certification in this regard. And in the coming year we plan to upgrade the software division to CMM Level 5.
